Payment / Pickup of all lots: Tuesday, June 17th & Wednesday, June 18th from 9:00AM to 4:00PM - Payment first at GODBY REALTY & AUCTION OFFICE [340 CLIFTY STREET STE 1 SOMERSET, KY 42503] pickup won lots after payment.

BUYER’S PREMIUM
– A 10% buyer’s premium added to the final bid and that total will be the sales price. 6% Kentucky Sales Tax will be added to the final sales price - unless you have a Kentucky Sales Tax Exemption Certificate on file with Godby Realty and Auction or file one with us at payment time.
ONLINE AUCTION, ENDING TIMES
This online auction is a time sensitive event. All lots have a staggered time following lot # 1. The auction software will keep you informed on the ending time for each item by a countdown. BE CERTAIN TO WATCH YOUR ITEMS WITHIN THE FINAL MINUTES OF THE AUCTION - OR INPUT YOUR MAX BID PRIOR TO END TIME. All lots are protected from being "bid sniped" at the final moment by automatically extending to two minutes if a bid is received within the final two minutes of the lot's closing time.
PAYMENT & PICK UP OF ITEMS
There is NO SHIPPING available for any items in this Auction. Payment is required first for all lots will be at GODBY REALTY & AUCTION OFFICE 340 Clifty Street Somerset, KY 42501 on Tuesday, June 17th & Wednesday, June 18th from 9:00AM to 4:00PM - NO OTHER TIMES WILL BE AVAILABLE. Buyers may pay by Cash, Good Check or Card (with 3% card fee) at the pickup time. Any item not picked up and paid for by 4:00PM on June 18th will be charged to the buyers’ credit card or referred to collections. The won lots will be retained by the Auctioneer and resold and the proceeds will go to Godby Realty & Auction. THERE IS NO REFUND ON ITEMS PAID FOR AND NOT PICKED UP AT THE SPECIFIED TIME. Godby Realty & Auction will have personnel on the grounds to accept payment, provide receipts and assist with the loading of some items.
NOTE: Some lots have titles that are required to first be successfully transferred prior to taking possession. We will help you with this at payment time.
COMPUTER AND TECHNICAL ISSUES
If there are technical issues with the software, internet connection, or otherwise failure of the online bidding system - Godby Realty & Auction reserves the right to extend the closing time, continue with the current terms of the auction, or close the auction on a certain lot if the problem cannot be resolved in a timely manner. Auctioneer Software nor Godby Realty & Auction can be held responsible for any bid not registered on any lot or any software / connection error. In the event of a software issue, notices will be posted on this auction website.
CONDITION OF PROPERTY
All property is being sold AS IS/WHERE IS with no warranty or guarantee either expressed or implied. ALL SALES ARE FINAL WHEN NOTED ON THE AUCTION SITE FOR EACH ITEM. There will be NO REFUNDS, EXCHANGES, or ADJUSTMENTS. The property in this online auction may be inspected at the time and place listed at the top of this page. THE COMPLETE RESPONSIBILITY IS UPON THE BIDDER/BUYER TO INSPECT EACH ITEM TO THEIR SATISFACTION. The descriptions listed for each item are accurate to the best of the knowledge of the auction company, as is based on visual inspection and information from the Sellers. GODBY REALTY & AUCTION do not guarantee any of the information in the description of the items being sold.
JURISDICTION
Any legal issue between Godby Realty & Auction, its’ agents or representatives, will be resolved in the proper Court of Jurisdiction in Pulaski County, Kentucky.
PERMITTED BIDDING
Auction company owners, employees or agents are permitted to bid in this Auction.
OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS
If a BIDDER/BUYER defaults on a purchase, Godby Realty & Auction will prosecute with a $5,000 penalty possible, AND/OR permanently ban the bidder/buyer from registering for any future auction.
