PAYMENT

A 10% deposit on the final sales price is due day of auction - balance due in full on or before 45 days following auction. 

COMPUTER AND TECHNICAL ISSUES

If there are technical issues with the software, internet connection, or otherwise failure of the online bidding system - Godby Realty & Auction reserves the right to extend the closing time, continue with the current terms of the auction, or close the auction on a certain lot if the problem cannot be resolved in a timely manner. Auctioneer Software nor Godby Realty & Auction can be held responsible for any bid not registered on any lot or any software / connection error. In the event of a software issue, notices will be posted on this auction website.

 All property is being sold AS IS/WHERE IS with no warranty or guarantee either expressed or implied. ALL SALES ARE FINAL WHEN NOTED ON THE AUCTION SITE FOR EACH LOT. There will be NO REFUNDS, EXCHANGES, or ADJUSTMENTS. The property in this online auction may be inspected at the time and place listed on this webpage. THE COMPLETE RESPONSIBILITY IS UPON THE BIDDER/BUYER TO INSPECT EACH LOT TO THEIR SATISFACTION.  If a BIDDER/BUYER defaults on a purchase, Godby Realty & Auction will prosecute with a $5,000 penalty possible, AND/OR permanently ban the bidder/buyer from registering for any future auction.
