BUYER’S PREMIUM – A 10% buyer’s premium added to the final bid and that total will be the sales price. 6% Kentucky Sales Tax will be added on if you do not have a Kentucky Sales Tax Exemption Certificate on file with Godby Realty and Auction.
ONLINE AUCTION ENDING TIMES – This online auction is a TIMED EVENT. Staggered times begin with Lot# 1, and the auction site will keep you posted on the ending time for each item. BE CERTAIN TO WATCH YOUR ITEMS WITHIN THE FINAL MINUTES OF THE AUCTION - OR INPUT YOUR MAX BID PRIOR TO END TIME.
PAYMENT & PICK UP OF ITEMS - There is NO SHIPPING available for any items In this Auction. Payment for all lots will be at GODBY AUCTION CENTER on Wednesday, August 6th from 9:00AM to 3:00PM EST - NO OTHER TIMES WILL BE AVAILABLE. Buyers may pay by Cash, Good Check or Credit Card (with fee) at the pickup time. Any item not picked up and paid for by 6:00PM on June 10th will be charged to the buyers’ credit card. The items will be retained by the Auctioneer and resold and the proceeds will go to Godby Realty & Auction. THERE IS NO REFUND ON ITEMS PAID FOR AND NOT PICKED UP AT THE SPECIFIED TIME. Godby Realty & Auction will have personnel on the grounds to accept payment, provide receipts and assist with the loading of items. Again, there is NO SHIPPING available on this Auction
COMPUTER AND TECHNICAL ISSUES – If there are technical issues with the server, software or any other connections with this online auction, GODBY REALTY & AUCTION reserves the right to extend the closing time, continue with the current terms pf the auction, or close the auction if the problem cannot be resolved in a timely manner. HI-BID nor Godby Realty & Auction can be held responsible for any bid not registered on any lot. In the event of a software issue, notices will be posted on this auction web site .
CONDITION OF PROPERTY - All property is being sold AS IS/WHERE IS with no warranty or guarantee either expressed or implied. ALL SALES ARE FINAL WHEN NOTED ON THE AUCTION SITE FOR EACH ITEM. There will be NO REFUNDS, EXCHANGES, or ADJUSTMENTS. The property in this online auction may be inspected at the time and place listed at the top of this page. THE COMPLETE RESPONSIBILITY IS UPON THE BIDDER/BUYER TO INSPECT EACH ITEM TO THEIR SATISFACTION. PERMITTED BIDDING - Any person may bid. Auction company owners, employees or agents are permitted to bid in this Auction.
OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS - If a BIDDER/BUYER defaults on a purchase, Godby Realty & Auction will prosecute with a $5,000 penalty possible, AND/OR permanently ban the bidder/buyer from registering for any future HI-BID Auction.
